Subscription

General details

Whenever a person creates a Skillo Suppliers account for a company a subscription model is generated and attached to that account.

A subscription period is around 30 or 31 days depending on the month of the year.

On the end of each subscription period we perform a subscription transition.

| Subscription states |

no account -> TRIAL: The initial state of that account is TRIAL and the users of that company have access to all the features in Skillo.
TRIAL -> FREE: After the TRIAL period ends and the ORGANISATIONAL ADMIN of the account has not performed a subscription upgrade operation, the subscription will automatically transition to FREE
TRIAL -> PREMIUM: After the TRIAL period ends, if the ORGANISATIONAL ADMIN of the account has chosen to upgrade to a PREMIUM subscription, the upgrade will be performed automatically.
FREE -> FREE: Automatic continuation of a FREE subscription.
FREE -> PREMIUM: An account ORGANISATIONAL ADMIN can choose to upgrade the subscription to PREMIUM
PREMIUM -> PREMIUM: Automatic continuation of a PREMIUM subscrion provided there are no overdue invoices.
PREMIUM -> FREE: User decides to cancel the automatic renewal of a PREMIUM subscription and continue only using the FREE plan.
PREMIUM -> SUSPENDER: Downgrade a of a PREMIUM subscription caused by overdue invoices.
SUSPENDED -> PREMIUM: Automatic upgrade of a subscription when all invoices are paid.
